 2. The alignment of the pipe cutter and the head wheel is considered a problem. After replacing the tail wheel, the craftsman rechecked the levelness of the nose wheel shaft, and it reached the standard requirement of 0.2mm/m.
 3. Check the pitch error of the head, tail gear and chain of the self-climbing hydraulic pipe cutting machine. XJ-QG-1 self-climbing hydraulic pipe cutting machine's tail wheel sprocket has 16 teeth, the measured sprocket tooth index circle diameter and the calculation formula based on the index circle diameter d=p/sin (180/z) , The pitch p of the tail wheel sprocket teeth is also regulated. The standard theoretical size of the sprocket is measured abnormally, and the deviation is only 0.15mm. Therefore, the chain pitch was measured again. This type of chip accumulation test was also carried out in the factory, and the simulation test also proved this distinction.
