1. Welding manipulator
A device that sends and maintains the machine head or welding torch at the position to be welded, or moves the welding torch along a specified track at a set welding speed. It is usually combined with a roller frame or a positioner, and can be a special equipment for automatic welding of the inner and outer circumferential seams, fillet welds, and inner and outer longitudinal seams of the workpiece.
Various types of welding machines can be equipped according to the needs of users, and auxiliary functions such as tracking, swing, monitoring, and flux recovery and transportation can be added. It can also be equipped with a loader seat, an internal telescopic arm and a maintenance platform.
2. Welding roller frame
The welding roller frame uses the friction between the weldment and the active roller to drive the rotation of the cylindrical (or conical) weldment. It is often used for welding the inner and outer circumferential seams and the inner and outer longitudinal seams of cylindrical workpieces. It is composed of a base, a driving roller, a driven roller, a bracket, a transmission device, and a power device drive.
