In today's content, the full-automatic fusion welding machine manufacturers share a common method of hot-melt welding for users. After understanding this method, we can help everyone solve the problem.
The ultrasonic vibration transmits the ultrasonic wave to the welding piece with the welding head. Due to the large acoustic resistance at the two welding pieces, local high temperature is generated and the interface of the welding piece is melted. Under a certain pressure, the two weldments can achieve a beautiful, fast and strong welding effect.
2. Implantation (insertion) method
Nuts or other metals are to be inserted into plastic workpieces. Firstly, the ultrasonic wave is transmitted to the metal, and the high-speed vibration causes the metal object to be directly embedded in the molded plastic, and at the same time, the plastic is melted, and the embedding is completed after solidification.
3. Molding method
Ultrasound is used to instantly melt and shape plastic workpieces. When the plastic solidifies, it can make metal or other plastics firm.
4. Resection
Using the special design method of welding head and base, when the plastic workpiece is just shot, it is directly pressed on the plastic branch, and the effect of resection is achieved by ultrasonic conduction.
5. Riveting method
To join metal and plastic or two plastics with different properties, ultrasonic riveting can be used to make the weldment less brittle, beautiful and strong.
6. Spot welding method
The small welding head is used for spot welding of two large plastic products, or the entire row of tooth-shaped welding heads are directly pressed on two plastic workpieces, thereby achieving the effect of spot welding.
