Disadvantages

The manufacturing technology requirements of fused pipe fittings are high, the cost is relatively high, and the operation technology requirements are strict / the three factors of temperature, pressure and time need to be strictly controlled

Note for PE pipe connection:

1. First of all, the appearance and material of the connecting pipes and fittings should be checked, and inferior or damaged pipes should not be used;

2. Adopt the corresponding special heating tool according to the form of the pipe interface, can not use open flame to heat pipe fittings;

3. When using the hot-melt connection method, it is recommended to use the same material pipe to connect to ensure the connection quality;

4. Before connecting, sanitary clean the connecting parts of the pipe and pipe fittings to prevent the doping of foreign bodies from causing unreliable pipe connection;

5. After heating the pipeline, the connection can only be made when the temperature at both ends of the connection is consistent;

6. In cold climate or windy weather, protective measures should be taken or the connection process should be adjusted;
