The pe pipeline itself has the characteristics of corrosion resistance, zero pollution, long service life, easy installation, and faster speed. There are two main ways to connect pe pipelines: electric fusion phase connection and hot melt welding. At this stage, the supervisor mainly uses hot melt welding. The working principle of hot-melt welding is to place the mating surfaces of the two pe pipelines close to the special electric heating tool to electrically heat the flattened cross section until it melts. After the special electric heating tool is removed, the two melted cross sections are close Together, maintain the connection under the pressure of the extrusion pressure until the connection is cooled, and make it into a whole. The PE pipeline can be divided into socket and butt connection methods in heat connection, usually DE75 port The socket hot melt connection is selected by the following, and the socket socket is required. The upper port of DE75 is connected by the butt method hot melt connection, and the pipeline socket is heated and hot melted.


Prepare hot melt connection in advance. Hot melt connection Hot melt connection installation preparation tasks in advance are as follows:

① Install slips with the same specifications as the pipe into the machine shelf;

②Prepare sufficient supporting items in advance to ensure that the pipeline to be hot melted can be at the same height as the center line of the machine shelf and can be easily moved;

③Set the temperature of the electric heating plate to 200~230℃, usually the temperature is around 210℃;

④Connect the power supply of the main machine of the hot-melt welding machine, turn on the power switches of the electric heating plate, the cutter and the power oil pump, and try to run.

Hot melt connection. The hot melt connection processing process is as follows: Check the pipeline and clean the pipe end → tighten the pipeline → mill the pipe end with the tool → check the dislocation and gap of the pipe end → electrically heat the pipeline and observe the minimum curling height → after the pipeline is hot melted and cooled To the required time → remove the pipeline. In the whole process of hot-melt connection, the operator should refer to the main parameters of the welding process card to do a good job, and if necessary, it should be appropriately adjusted according to changes in weather and ambient temperature:


① Check whether the specifications and extrusion pressure levels of the hot-melt connecting pipe are appropriate, and check whether the surface layer is knocked, bumped or scratched. If the scratch depth 1 exceeds 10% of the wall thickness of the pipeline, it should be separated and removed. Applicable


② Use soft paper or cloth dipped in ethanol to clean up the grease or debris on the two pipe ends;


③Put the pipeline to be hot-melted into the machine shelf slip so that the length of the two ends is equal (as short as possible without affecting the milling and electric heating, and should be maintained at 20~30mm), outside the machine shelf Use supporting objects to hold up the part to make the pipeline axis and the center line of the machine shelf at the same height, and then fasten it with slips;


④ Insert the tool, first turn on the tool power switch, and then close the two ends of the pipeline, and apply moderate squeezing pressure until continuous chips appear at both ends (the chip thickness is 0.5-10mm, by adjusting the height of the milling blade The thickness of the chip can be adjusted), remove the squeeze pressure, wait a while, then retract the movable frame, and turn off the power of the tool host;


⑤Remove the tool, bring the two pipe ends together, and check the alignment of the two ends (the misalignment of the two ends of the pipeline should not exceed 10% of the wall thickness, which can be improved by adjusting the straightness and tightness of the pipeline; the gap between the two ends of the pipeline should not exceed 0.3mm (below de225mm), 0.5mm (de225mm~400mm), 1mm (above de400mm), if the requirements are not met, milling should be done here until the requirements are met.


⑥After the temperature of the electric heating plate reaches the set value, put it into the machine shelf and apply the required extrusion pressure until the minimum curling on both sides reaches the required height, the extrusion pressure is reduced to the standard value (the front and back sides of the pipe The middle of the electric heating plate just keeps touching, and the endothermic reaction is completed). After the time is reached, loosen the movable frame, quickly remove the electric heating plate, and then close the two pipe ends. The conversion time is as short as possible, and the required time will be reached after cooling. After that, relieve the pressure, loosen the slips, and remove the connected pipeline.
